One credit covers a full resume optimisation for one job posting: the AI rewrite, a matching cover letter, and unlimited PDF downloads of both. The match analysis (score + report) before optimising is always free.

No. Credits never expire. Buy a pack when you're actively job hunting and use them at your own pace.

Resumes Coach supports English and German for both analysis and optimisation. You can choose the output language per optimisation, independently from the language your original resume is written in.

No. The AI only works with what you give it — your existing resume content. It rewrites and reframes your real experience to better match the job, but it does not add companies, roles, or achievements you haven't listed. If you store confirmed achievements in your Achievement Vault, those real numbers are woven in. The AI is instructed not to invent metrics.

The Achievement Vault is a personal store for your quantified achievements — things like "reduced API response time by 60%", "led a 7-person team", or "launched 4 features in Q3". When you optimise, these are automatically incorporated into the relevant bullet points, so your resume always reflects your real impact.

Yes. Your resume data is stored securely and is only used to generate your optimisations. We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for AI training. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Absolutely. After optimisation you get a full review screen where you can edit any field — title, summary, bullet points, skills, anything. You stay in control of every word.

There are currently 5 resume templates (Classic, Modern, Executive, Minimalist, Full Block) and 5 cover letter templates. You can choose the template, accent colour, and font family before downloading.

Yes. All optimisations are saved in your Library indefinitely. You can go back, rename, re-edit, or re-download any of them at any time.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. We do not store payment details.

The platform was initially built with tech professionals in Germany in mind (full German language support, German-market ATS conventions), but it works well for any English-speaking market too.
